  1. ANTI-FRAUD & ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY aasrastore.in maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy against fraudulent activities, fake orders,chargeback fraud, and fake return claims.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement or return under our 4-Day Policy, customers MUST provide an uninterrupted, unedited unboxing video from the moment the package seal is intact until the product is fully inspected.
  • Fraudulent Claims: Submitting false claims, returning empty boxes, or swapping original products with old/used items constitutes fraudulent behavior under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
  • Legal Action: Any attempt to scam or defraud aasrastore.in will result in immediate legal action, blacklisting of the customer's phone number/address across our courier network, and formal legal notices dispatched to the provided shipping address.
  1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & RIGHT TO CANCEL aasrastore.in reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for order cancellation may include, but are not limited to:
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or inaccurate customer contact details.
  • Stock unavailability or pricing errors.
  • Unserviceable pincodes or repeated delivery rejections by the customer in past orders.
  1. UNMET DELIVERY & CUSTOMER ABSENCE
  • Customers are required to answer calls from courier partners and receive the package upon delivery attempt.
  • Intentional rejection of Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid parcels upon arrival damages operational resources. Persistent non-acceptance of valid orders may lead to permanent account termination and recovery of shipping costs incurred.
  1. 4-DAY RETURN POLICY RESTRICTIONS
  • The 4-Day Replacement/Return Policy is subject to strict inspection.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or lack of original packaging, tag, and accessories will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
  • Any return request initiated after 4 calendar days from the official delivery timestamp provided by our courier partner will be automatically rejected.
  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LEGAL JURISDICTION
  • All branding, logos, graphics, and product descriptions on aasrastore.in are the exclusive intellectual property of the website owner. Unauthorized copying or cloning of this platform will lead to civil and criminal legal proceedings.
  • All legal matters, disputes, or claims arising out of purchases made on aasrastore.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts of India.
